Refunds and cancellations

The Atlas pass is a one-time digital purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel.

Request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not started Atlas. If an unresolved platform failure prevents access or completion, contact support for a review and appropriate remedy, including a refund. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.

Send your order or payment reference and a description of the issue to [email protected] from the email associated with your account. Never send card details, passwords, or UPI PINs.

We aim to review requests within two business days. Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank/payment-provider processing determines when the credit appears; support will provide the refund reference and expected timeline.

A processed refund or payment dispute suspends further Atlas activity while keeping saved work readable. If confirmation is delayed after you were charged, check the payment status or contact support before paying again.
